Procedures
The EGPWS provides visual and/or audio alerts for detected:
Potentially dangerous terrain conditions (modes 1 4,
TCF, TAD),
Below glideslope conditions (mode 5),
Descent below predefined altitudes or excessive bank angle
(mode 6),
Severe windshear conditions (mode 7)
Runway Awareness and Advisory System (RAAS)
Unstable approaches (MON)
Altimeter mis-settings (MON)
Incorrect takeoff flap settings (MON)
Landing Long (MON)
Low Airspeed (MON)
These consist of warning, caution, and advisory alerts based
on the detection alert threshold penetration. The following list
identifies the various alerts by type and mode:
