Why is my Honeywell HF8CESWK5 Air Conditioner running but not cooling?
    • J
      jenkinsconnorAug 7, 2025
Your Honeywell Air Conditioner might run without cooling because a door or window is open, the dust filter is dirty, the hose is detached, the temperature setting is too high, the air outlet or intake is blocked, the room exceeds the recommended size, or the windows are decreasing cooling effectiveness. To resolve this, ensure all doors and windows are closed, clean the dust filter, reinstall the hose properly, reduce the temperature setting, remove any blockage from the air outlet or intake, move the unit to a smaller room, or cover the windows with curtains or blinds.

      William BoyerAug 14, 2025
If your Honeywell Air Conditioner doesn't start, check the following: ensure there is electricity, replace the remote control batteries, make sure the power cord is properly plugged in by removing and reconnecting it. What to do if my Honeywell Air Conditioner runs a short while only?
    • K
      Kelsey BlairAug 22, 2025
If your Honeywell Air Conditioner runs for only a short time, it might be because the thermostat temperature setting is too close to the room temperature, the air outlet is blocked, or there are tight bends in the air hose. Try lowering the set temperature and ensure the hose is properly connected.

What to do if my Honeywell Air Conditioner will not run and error code "P1" is displayed?
    • O
      oscarlittleAug 29, 2025
If your Honeywell Air Conditioner displays error code "P1" and will not run, it indicates excess water condensate inside the tank. Drain the water as described in the Water Condensate Drainage section.
