Check that the furnace power is on, and reset your circuit breaker or check for a blown fuse if necessary. If the issue persists, turn the humidistat off, unplug the unit, reset the circuit breaker, and consider calling a professional HVAC contractor. Also, ensure that doors and windows are closed, the fireplace damper is closed when not in use, exhaust fan running time is kept to a minimum, and seals around doors and windows are intact to prevent drafts.

  If you notice condensation on the walls when using your Honeywell Humidifier, turn off the humidity control until the condensation completely evaporates. Then, lower the humidistat setting to prevent the condensation from reoccurring. If you see heavy condensation on the windows, turn the humidity control down low enough to eliminate condensation caused by moisture from bathing, mopping, or cooking. If moisture persists, more ventilation may be needed.
