IMPORTANT
Before you begin STEP 2, determine if your thermostat is set for Programmed Recovery or conventional recov-
ery. See pages 5-6.
If set for Programmed Recovery, program the times for when you want your home comfortable. The thermostat
will decide how early to begin the temperature changes.
If set for conventional recovery, program the times earlier, allowing your home to reach the comfort temperature
by the time you get home or wake up. Some trial and error may be required to arrive at the best starting times.
The schedule form on page 39 provides an opportunity to plan your schedule.
STEP 2
SET THE PROGRAM
SCHEDULE AND HEATING
TEMPERATURES
Start by programming the WAKE
time and temperature for
weekdays.
The thermostat requires a
program for WAKE. You can
program LEAVE, RETURN and
SLEEP or not, as you please.
Press and release. Note that the
display shows WAKE and the
preprogrammed time and
temperature.
If you have air conditioning and
the display reads COOL, press
and release to switch to HEAT.
