Control Box Terminal Block
Wire Installation
This instruction outlines the procedure for wiring the spa’s control box Terminal Block (TB).
IMPORTANT:
Refer to spa’s wiring diagram on back of control box cover for proper wiring and jumper configuration.
How to Remove Power Jumpers
from TB
1. Insert small screwdriver into slot
below the jumper.
2. Pull jumper up and out with blade
of screwdriver
How to Replace Power Jumpers into
TB
Place jumper into position and push
down on top of jumper until jumper is
seated below terminal block.
Power Wires into TB
into single lug below
terminal block
Strip wire insulation back ½”
(12.5 mm)
Open Terminal Block by lifting lever
to the UP position
Insert wire fully into Terminal Block
Close Terminal Block by lowering
lever to the DOWN position
IMPORTANT: Lever must be in the
FULL DOWN position to Lock wire
additional wires.
