  If the burner won't ignite, the pressure switch might be defective, so replace it. Check if there's no fuel and fill the fuel tank with the proper fuel if needed. Ensure the fuel valve on the fuel tank is open. If the thermostat is set too low, raise the thermostat setting. Also, the burner motor reset button might be tripped, so push it and check for proper voltage. Lastly, a clogged fuel filter can cause this, so clean the fuel filter.

Another cause might be no voltage to the machine, so test the power supply. Also, the pump motor reset button might be tripped, so push the reset button on the control box, and check for proper voltage or a clogged water nozzle. Finally, excessive pressure from a clogged water nozzle can cause this issue, so clean the water nozzle.

Finally, excessive inlet pressure (more than 80 PSI) can be the cause, so install a pressure regulator on the inlet line.
