This Hozelock product is covered under
guarantee to be free of defective parts and
materials for a period of 1 year from the date of
purchase, providing that the product is used for
normal domestic purposes.
The guarantee runs for 1 year after purchase
provided that;
•Youhavefollowedtheinstallationand
operating instructions.
•Youconsultourhelpline(01213131122)early
enough for any problems to be put right.
The guarantee covers materials, construction
and conformity defects during the guarantee
period, during which time the manufacturer
will authorise the replacement or refund of a
defective unit, at the point of purchase. This
does not affect your statutory rights.
The guarantee does not cover defects caused by
or resulting from:
•Incorrectuse,abuseorneglect
•Trade,professionalorhireuse
•Failuretoserviceandmaintaintheunitas
speciedintheuser’smanual
•Unauthorisedrepairs
•Useofnon-originalaccessories/spareparts
•Frost–thismachineandallaccessoriesmustbe
protected from frost
•Damagedcausedbyforeignobjects,
substances or accidents
