Power Cable/Grounding
POWER CABLE AMD GROUNDING REOUIREMENTS
The HP 3326A is equipped with a three-conductor power
cord which, when plugged
into an appropriate receptacle, grounds the HP 3326A
cabinet. The type of power ca
ble plug shipped with each instrument depends on the
country of destination. Refer
to Figure 3 for the part number of the power cable
and plug configurations avai lable.
WARNING
The power cable plug must be inserted into a socket
outlet provided with a protective earth terminal.
Defeating the protection of the grounded instru
ment cabinet can subject the operator to lethal
voltages.
