Electrical Interface Library
The SONET/SDH Electrical Interface library, libeif155.a, provides functions to
control the module. Its header file is <hpt/eif155.h>. All Electrical Interface
library functions have the prefix HptEif155.
All of these functions returns -1 if an error occurs, 0 otherwise.
Library Initialization
int HptEif155InitLib ();
Initializes the Electrical Interface library.
Amplifier Gain Setup
int HptEif155SetInputGain (int device , int gain );
Sets the amplification of the input signal.
Gain parameters:
HPT_EIF155_GAIN_0DB no amplification
HPT_EIF155_GAIN_20DB set up 20dB amplification
