E-Label-reader guide pin damage
When installing a print cartridge, be sure to insert the cartridge straight into the cartridge guides.
Installing the cartridge at an angle can damage or break the E-label-reader guide pin.

If the E-label-reader guide pin is damaged or broken, the control panel displays a 10.00X supply
error. No service parts are available for the E-label assembly, so a whole-unit replacement or
exchange of the MFP is required.
