2. When the following message displays on the front panel, use the Up and Down arrow keys to
either disable or enable the sleep mode. Press the OK or Cancel key to confirm the selection.
If the current sleep mode cannot be read, it could point to a possible Firmware error.
3. Once the selection is confirmed, the Front Panel will display the new sleep mode state:
If the current sleep mode cannot be set, it could indicate a possible Firmware error.
4. If the utility exits correctly, OK will be displayed on the Front Panel.
1.3 Media Path Menu

Description
The purpose of this is to rotate the Drive Roller in order to test it and perform maintenance cleaning.
Procedure
1. Go to Service Test Menu >1.3 Media Path Menu>1.3.1 Turn Drive Roller.
2. The Printer checks if media is loaded. If media is loaded, the Front Panel will display the following
message. Unload the media and start again from step 1:
NOTE: Remove media before performing this operation.
NOTE: Open the window of the printer and activate the window sensor (using a piece of
paper) before performing this service utility.
