5. Connect the SATA and power cables to their corresponding connectors on the optical drive.

To remove the optical drive:
1. Remove the screw that secures the optical drive carrier to the chassis.
2. Push the carrier toward the front of the unit.
3. Pull the carrier with optical drive out of the chassis.
