Remove the RTC battery:
1. Disconnect the RTC battery cable (1) from the system board.
2. Detach the RTC battery (2) from the base enclosure. (The RTC battery is attached to
the base enclosure with double-sided tape).
3. Release the RTC battery cable from the clips (3) and routing channel built into the base enclosure.
4. Remove the RTC battery and cable.
Reverse this procedure to install the RTC battery.
