USA Radio Frequency Interference FCC Notice
The Federal Communications Commission (in 47 CFR Part 15 subpart B) has specified that the
following notice be brought to the attention of the users of this product.
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital
device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable
protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial
environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if
not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference
to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause
harmful interference in which case the user will be required to correct the interference at his own
expense.
HP’s system verification tests were conducted with HP-supported peripheral devices and HP
shielded cables, such as those you receive with your computer. Changes or modifications not
expressly approved by HP could void the users authority to operate the equipment. Cables used
with this device must be properly shielded to comply with the requirements of the FCC.
Japan Radio Frequency Interference VCCI
Harmonics Current Guideline-Compliant Device
This equipment is in the Class A category information technology equipment based on the rules
of Voluntary Control Council For Interference by Information Technology Equipment (VCCI).
When used in a residential area, radio interference may be caused. In this case, user may be
required to take appropriate corrective actions.
Japan Power Cord Notice
Your computer must use only the power cord that was shipped with the computer. Do not use
this power cord with any other products.
Korea RFI Statement
This equipment has been tested to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device. This
equipment should be operated in a commercial environment. Please exchange if you purchased
this equipment for noncommercial purposes.
Canada RFI Statement
This Class A digital apparatus complies with Canadian ICES-003.
Australia C-Tick Label
Taiwan BSMI
This product has been reviewed and is fully compliant to CNS 13438 (CISPR 22: 1993) Class A.
