1. Remove any jammed paper from the HP Stapling
Mailbox bins.
2. Open the jam-access door on the back side of the
HP Stapling Mailbox. If jammed paper is visible
inside the jam-access door, pull it straight out to
remove it.
3. Close the HP Stapling Mailbox jam access door.
