Document feeder whole unit
Before proceeding, remove the following:

Rear-upper cover. See
Rear-upper cover on page 95.

Foam reflector kit. See
Foam reflector kit on page 38.
NOTE: After removing the document feeder assembly, place it on a clean, dry, and smooth surface.
You must replace the foam reflector kit and calibrate the scanner.
1. Remove four screws (callout 1), release three connectors (callout 2), and remove the document
feeder cable cover (callout 3).
