Scanner-control board (SCB; M575c)
Before proceeding, remove the following components:

Rear-upper cover. See the product repair manual.
Remove the SCB
1. Release eight connectors (callout 1), two FFCs (callout 2), and then remove two screws (callout 3).
NOTE: The scanner cable at the left-hand edge of the SCB is held in place with one thumbscrew
screw.
