4. Use your finger to carefully close the connector retainer to lock the FFC in place.
CAUTION: Be careful. The connector retainer can be dislodged from the connector body. Do
not dislodge the retainer when closing it.

5. Slightly pull on the FFC to verify that it is securely fastened in the connector.
CAUTION: Be careful. Do not use your full force to pull on the FFC. A slight pull on the FFC is
sufficient to verify that it is securely fastened.
