Before proceeding, remove the following assemblies

Important considerations
The FFC has two prefolds about 2.54 cm (1.0 in) from either end (callout 1). If the FFC has been
strained (for example stretched too tight when the control panel is removed), it might contain additional
folds or creases (callout 2).
Additional folds or creases can cause internal damage to the FFC when the keyboard is pulled in and
out of the product.
Replace the FFC if it is damaged.
