Before proceeding, remove the following components:

ADF top cover. See

ADF core. See
ADF core on page 45.
Remove the ADF tray
1. Remove two screws (callout 1).
CAUTION: The spring-latch clips (callout 1) are not captive. Do not lose the clips when removing
the tray.
