3. If the problem is not resolved, remove the imaging drum from the product, and examine the surface.
CAUTION: Do not touch the green roller. Fingerprints on the imaging drum can cause print-quality
problems.
4. If you see any scratches, ngerprints, or other damage on the imaging drum, replace the imaging drum.
