Residual paper jam One of the following sensors detects a presence of paper when the printer is turned on or when the
door is closed.

NOTE: The product automatically clears all paper from the paper path if the TOP sensor detects
residual paper when the product is turned on or a door is closed.
Door open jam The door open is detected during a paper feed operation.
Duplex re-pickup jam (duplex
model only)
The TOP sensor does not detect the leading edge of paper within a specified period after the paper
is reversed during a duplex print operation.
