For additional troubleshooting, navigate to Start > Control Panel > System and Security, then Device Manager, and check the Network adapters list.

To enable or disable a wireless or wired network device, right-click the Network Connection icon in the notification area, at the far right of the taskbar. You can also disconnect and then reconnect all cables, and turn the power off and then back on.
