Remove the top cover:
1. Turn the computer upside down with the front toward you.
2. Remove the following screws that secure the top cover to the base enclosure:
1 Three Phillips PM2.5×8.0 screws
2 Three Phillips PM2.5×5.0 screws
3 One Phillips PM2.5×3.0 screw
3. Turn the computer right-side up, with the front toward you.
4. Disconnect the following cables from the system board:
1 TouchPad cable
2 Fingerprint Reader board cable (select models only)
3 USB cable
