Tools Required for Disassembly

Star Head Screw Driver

Star head screw driver, typically M3 size.

Cross Head Screw Driver

Cross head screw driver, typically M3 or M4 size.

Plastic Nipper

Plastic nipper tool, normal size.

Nut Driver

Nut driver tool, typically M4 size.

Electric Iron

Electric iron tool, normal size.

Product Disassembly Process Steps

Initial Panel and Battery Removal

Remove middle bezel, left panel, and battery door to access and remove the battery.

Top Cover and Right Panel Removal

Remove the top cover, disconnect LCD and fan cables, then remove the right panel ASSY.

Main PCBA and Rear Panel Removal

Disconnect cables, remove cable clips, loosen screws to remove the main PCBA and rear panel ASSY.

AVR, Slot Box, and I/O PCBA Removal

Disconnect cables, cut cable ties, loosen nuts to remove AVR, Slot box, COM PCBA, and I/O PCBA.
