Important: If using the parallel installation option above, you will need to connect a telephone
handset to the PHONE socket (at least temporarily) in order to do any programming or change
any settings.
Getting Started / Adding Phone Numbers to the Blacklist:
The T-Lock Call Blocker is shipped from the factory ready to start working when connected to
any FSK/DTMF compatible phone line using the LINE socket. There is no programming
required in order for this device to start blocking calls. Once installed, simply wait to start
receiving calls, then use the scrolling UP or DOWN buttons (◄ or ►) to browse the list of
recent incoming calls. While browsing, you may press the BLACKLIST button to add unwanted
numbers to the BLACKLIST. It's that simple!
Programming your T-Lock Call Blocker
PREPARATION: Before you can start programming your T-Lock Call Blocker, you need to have
a telephone handset (wired or wireless) connected to the "PHONE" socket on the back of your
call blocker (as shown in Series installation diagram). You will need to use the dial pad on your
handset to program your call blocker.
1.0 Setting the YEAR
PLEASE READ: The YEAR setting is NOT required. Since this is a line-powered device, the YEAR
will reset when it loses power because its setting is not stored in the non-volatile memory.
TIP: Please do not bother setting the year on this device. It will work fine with the default
value.
Follow these steps to change the 4th digit on the year (e.g. from 2012 to 2013).
Step 1. Press SET button (LCD displays Set 1234567)
Step 2. Lift off the handset
(1)
and press 1 using the dial-pad (LCD displays 2012 and 3rd digit is
blinking indicating that it can be changed).
Step 3. Press SET button again to move from the 3rd to the 4th digit of the year (2012).
Step 4. Press UP button (◄) to change the blinking digit (3,4,5).
Step 5. Once the correct digit is displayed, hang up handset, and wait 15 seconds to exit
programming mode.

PLEASE READ: The date & time setting is also NOT required. This data is automatically updated
from the caller id information on incoming calls.
TIP: Do not bother setting the date & time on this device. It will automatically update with
