function and safety. Incorrect dis-
posal or handling can be danger-
ous to your health and the environment.
Never dispose of old devices in the house-
holdwaste.Observethecurrentapplicable
regulations and use the collection points for
returning and recycling electric and electron-
ic devices. Dispose of all the packaging
materials also in an environmentally-respon-
sibleway.
Blockage
Press the “Reverse button” to remove mate-
rial in the event of problems.
 The cutting unit reverses for approx.
3 sec and pushes the cardboard back.
Note
If a large quantity of cardboard has already
been pulled in before the blockage occur-
red,youcanalsopresstheforwardbutton.
Thismakesthecuttingunitrunforwardsand
shreds the remaining cardboard.
Duringthisfunction,the“Readyforopera-
tion”and“Blockage”indicatorsashalter-
nately.
Forallothermalfunctions,checkwhether
themotorwasoverloadedbeforecontacting
our customer service. Let the machine cool
downforapprox.15–20mins.beforere-
starting.
