Installation for outdoor unit
Air purge
When the unit is heating, the condensing water
and defrosting water can be out reliably through
the drain house.
lnstallation:
lnstall the outdoor drain elbow in et> 25 hole on
the base plate, and joint the drain hose to the
elbow, so that the
waste water formed in the outdoor unit can be
drained out to a proper plate.
Outdoor machine coolant drain method. After the piping is connected, proceed
according to the following scheme:
Vacuum sucking methods (This vacuum sucking
method should be used for R32 refrigerant evacuation)
1. To prevent air leakage and spilling tighten
all connecting nut of all are tubes.
2. Connect the stop valve, charge hose, manifold
valve, and vacuum pump.
3. Fully open the handle Lo of the manifold valve
and apply vacuum for at least 15 minutes and
check that the compound vacuum gauge reads
-0.1 MPa(-76cmHg).
Outdoor condensation drainage (heat pump type only)
Gas part:
First loosen the nut
temporarily in a
semi-circular

squeeze and
connect
The handles of the two parts
of liquid and gas are fully
opened
Make sure there is no gas leak in the
conenction inside and outside.
