3.1 WLAN Features
WLAN features supported by the AP are as follows:
l AP3010DN-AGN: complies with IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n.
l AP3010DN-AGN: provides a maximum rate of 300 Mbit/s.
l Maximum ratio combining (MRC)
l Maximum-likelihood detection (MLD)
l Data unit aggregation, including A-MPDU (Tx/Rx) and A-MSDU (Rx only)
l AP3010DN-AGN: supports 802.11 dynamic frequency selection (DFS).
l Short GI in 20 MHz and 40 MHz modes
l Priority mapping and packet scheduling based on a Wi-Fi Multimedia (WMM) profile to
implement priority-based data processing and forwarding
l Automatic and manual rate adjustment (the rate is adjusted automatically by default)
l WLAN channel management and channel rate adjustment

l Automatic channel scanning and interference avoidance
l Service set identifier (SSID) hiding
l Signal sustain technology (SST)

3.2 Network Features
Network features supported by the AP are as follows:
l Compliance with IEEE 802.3u
l Auto-negotiation of the rate and duplex mode and automatic switchover between the Media
Dependent Interface (MDI) and Media Dependent Interface Crossover (MDI-X)
l SSID-based VLAN assignment
l VLAN trunk on uplink Ethernet ports
l 4094 VLAN IDs (1-4094) and a maximum of 8 virtual APs (VAPs) for each radio
l AP control channel in tagged and untagged mode
l DHCP client, obtaining IP addresses through DHCP
l Centralized data forwarding and local data forwarding
l STA isolation in the same VLAN
l Access control lists (ACLs)
