Determine internet status by checking the modem's MODE light color (Turquoise/Dark Blue for working, RED for offline).
Turn off the modem, unplug from power, and remove the SIM card as initial troubleshooting steps.
Carefully unscrew the external antenna cables from the modem's rear connector, one by one.
Connect PC/laptop via Wi-Fi or LAN, then open a web browser to access the modem's IP address.
Input the default username 'admin' and password 'admin' or 'rd54321' to log into the modem interface.
Crucially, avoid factory resetting the modem as it erases all settings and incurs reconfiguration charges.
