Make sure ‘Show AirPort status in menu bar’ is ticked and click 7.

If you already use Apple airport, the airport icon will likely appear on
your menu bar.
Click ‘Apple’, then ‘System Preferences’. 1.
Double click ‘Network’. 2.
Select ‘AirPort’ from the options on the left. Then click on the 3.
‘Turn AirPort On’ button.
Scroll through and find the ‘virginmobile’ connection next to 4.
‘Network Name’.
Click on the ‘Advanced’ button if it’s not listed...5.
Make sure the ‘virginmobile’ connection is listed as the first 6.
entry. If its not, click the + button to find and add it.
The ‘Add Network’ dialogue will appear. 7.
Complete the following details: 8.
– Network Name: ‘virginmobile’
– Security type: ‘WEP Password’
Type in the WEP key and click ‘Add’.9.
