Making a Call Directly
When dialing out, if you press "0" key for a moment, you will enter a "+",
standing for "00". There are two modes to make a call.
Mode I:
z Pick up the handset or press <HANDFREE>. Dial a telephone number after
hearing the dialing tone. When you input the second number, you can view the
prompt "<CALL> to dial" on the screen. After inputting the entire number,
you need to wait for seven seconds and the FWT will automatically call the
number, or press <CALL/REDIAL> to call the number immediately;
z When finishing the conversation, you can replace the handset or press
<HANDFREE> again to end the call.
Note:
You can set the wait time for auto dial-out of the FWT through entering
“##58*n#” on the keypad, where n is in the range 0 to 9. Setting n to 0
will disable the auto dial-out function of the FWT. Otherwise, the FWT
will automatically dial out your desired number in n seconds. By default,
n is 7 seconds.
Mode II:
z Directly dial a telephone number without picking up the handset or pressing
<HANDFREE>. When you input the second number, you can view the
prompt "<CALL> to dial" on the screen. After inputting the entire number,
press <CALL/REDIAL> and then the FWT will automatically switch to the
hands-free mode and call the number immediately;
z When finishing the conversation, press <HANDFREE> to end the call.
Note:
z The FWT can support 32 digital numbers at most;
z Pressing <CANCEL> once, you can delete an input number. If you
press the key for 3 seconds, you can delete the entire input numbers;
z Pressing <END>, you can end the current dialing operation.
