7 Messaging
You can use the Messaging functions to send text and multimedia messages to your
friends.
7.1 Accessing the Messaging Screen
On the Apps screen, touch Messaging to display the Messaging screen where you can
view messages, create a new message, or open a message under editing mode.
7.2 Sending a Message
You can send text and multimedia messages to mobile devices. You can also enter an
email address and send a message to that address. The
Messaging function will
automatically convert the message to an email format.
7.2.1 Creating and Sending a Text Message
1. On the Messaging screen, touch in the upper right corner.
2. In To, enter the recipient's number. When you enter a number, the matching
contacts will be displayed. You can select a contact or continue entering the
number.
3. In the content text box, compose a message.
4. Touch to send the message.
7.2.2 Creating and Sending a Multimedia Message
1. On the Messaging screen, touch in the upper right corner.
2. In To, enter the recipient's number.
3. In the content text box, compose a message.
