USIM_DET
MU709/ME909s support USIM hot swap function.
MU709/ME909s provide an input pin (USIM_DET) to detect whether the USIM card is
present or not. This pin is a level trigger pin, and it is internally pulled up. If the
module does not support USIM card hot swap, keep USIM_DET floating.
