In the scenario where the chassis is installed in an
ETSI cabinet, on the wall, or on the desk, install
the PGND cable onto the grounding point on the
left side of the chassis.
If the PGND cable is installed in the19-inch cabinet,
connect the PGND cable to the grounding point of
the left mounting ear of the chassis.
