Check if the remote camera is set to focus automatically, rather than on a near or far scene. If the conference rate is below 256 kbit/s, ensure the audio protocol is set to G.728 to reduce audio bandwidth usage. High network traffic can also cause low video bandwidth; avoid conferences during peak network hours.
