replace it.

Contact the after-sales team.
The AC input power cable of the charger is
loose, damaged, or incorrectly connected to
the power distribution box.
Reconnect the cable as required.
The earthing system is incorrectly set. Contact the installer to correct the earthing system.
The charger socket is faulty. Contact the after-sales team.
The charging connector cable is damaged
or abnormal.
Replace the charging connector.
