Installation Guide
1. Contraindications
These guidelines are intended as an aid for qualifi ed personnel whilst undertaking the
installation/commissioning of the LP110/LP110-S Trigger monitor with the Aquillion
series CT scanner
2. Introduction
This guide will assist with the installation of the trigger monitor and ensure the correct
connection to the CT scanner.
It is important to follow these instructions to ensure system integrity, performance and
safety is maintained.
If the monitor is incorrectly installed, interference may be introduced into diff erent
parts of the system. This could cause poor signal presentation, baseline wander, false
triggering or incorrect rate meter readings on the monitors display.
Incorrectly routed trigger cables could cause incorrect triggering of the CT scanner or
the appearance of noise on the ECG at the scanner controls.
