What to do if my Husky NANOOK has no power?
    • W
      walkerdanielleJul 27, 2025
If your Husky Vacuum Cleaner has no power, first ensure the power level complies with the unit’s electrical requirements. Check that the electrical cord is plugged directly into a power outlet and verify the breaker on your electric circuit panel. The unit has a mini breaker (button on the side of the motor housing) to protect against overload; push the button to reset it. If it trips again, contact a local service center. If these steps don't solve the problem, using a screwdriver with a rubber handle, touch both pins of the low voltage terminals on the side of the motor housing to short circuit the pins. If the unit starts, the issue is with the low voltage wiring. Finally, check if the 24 Volts circuit is adequately connected by checking each inlet.

Why is my Husky NANOOK Vacuum Cleaner suction decreased?

If your Husky Vacuum Cleaner's suction is decreased, the flexible hose may be blocked. Try to unblock it, or insert the opposite end into the wall inlet, touching the contacts inside with the hose wand to start the power unit. Frame the inlet with your hands or a cloth to maximize suction. Also, check that the cover on the unit is well-placed and the gasket is in good condition. Ensure the disposable filtration bag is not full and needs replacement and that all inlets are airtight. If pipes are visible, check for air leaks at the fittings. If the pipes are blocked behind the walls, start from the furthest inlet and insert tissue paper to see if it reaches the dust canister; repeat for each inlet.
