Repair instructions
7.5 Dismantling the shaft and clutch
housing from engine body
Remove the cylinder cover, guard over the muffler,
and the air filter.
Unhook the throttle cable from the carburettor and
insulator.
Disconnect the cables from ignition module.
Remove the screws holding the clutch housing on
the engine.
Lift off the cover together with the shaft.
7.6 Assembling the shaft and clutch
housing to the engine body
Put the clutch housing on the engine. Fasten the
screws to the engine body.
Connect the cables from the ignition module. Do
not pinch the cables.
Fasten the screws holding the clutch cover.
