Install carriage bolt (41) through rim (25),
washers (4) and (27) as shown. Tighten
nut (43) completely. Place nut (42) about
half-way up carriage bolt (41) as shown.

Attach bracket (39) to backboard and support
structure by inserting bolts (26) and washers (24)
through top holes in bracket (39), Tighten nuts (23)
completely.
