HyPro2000 — HT2000 TORCH UPGRADE
Pre-installation
Before starting this upgrade you must determine if the system is a Local High Frequency (LHF) or a Remote High
Frequency system (RHF). You need to know this information to choose the correct firmware chip.
Inspect the gas console as described below:
If it has a knob to adjust the
plasma cutflow gas it is an LHF
system
If there is a toggle switch for the
plasma cutflow gas it is an RHF
system

The HySpeed off-valve assembly (129840) MUST be installed in an LHF system to continue with this upgrade. The off-
valve assembly is marked HYSPEED, as shown below.
