MAINTENANCE AND CARE
5.1.
CLEANING
I LOCK IT Pro is insensitive to splashing water and can be
cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge. To ensure reliable
operation, dirt should also be regularly removed from the
locking bar.
Cleaning with a high-pressure cleaner is not
permitted and can lead to damage to I LOCK
IT Pro.
Do not use chemicals to clean I LOCK IT Pro.
5.2.
BATTERY LIFE AND LOW BATTERY LEVEL
The rechargeable battery integrated in I LOCK IT Pro supplies
the lock with energy for approximately one cycling season.
The actual runtime depends on various factors such as the
ambient temperature, the frequency of use and the alarm
setting.
If the battery reaches a low charge level, an acoustic warning
tone is emitted each time the lock is opened. The battery
should then be recharged to prevent I LOCK IT Pro from
failing.
