Remove the silicone tube.

Disconnect the electrical connectors (see j and k on above image).
9. Remove the four (4) bolts from the right side of the gas valve.
10.
Remove the four (4) bolts that attach the mixing device to the fan.

Remove the mixer assembly, gas line and gas valve by pulling straight up.
