The following prerequisites apply to all asynchronous outbound integrations:
T All applicable object structures, publish channels, and external systems
must be defined.
T The external systems must be configured with an endpoint.
T The following entities must be enabled:
External systems
Applicable publish channels
Applicable event listeners
The cron task that polls the outbound queue
