Root Element
The root element of an XML message contains one or more object structures. The
name of the root element is the concatenation of the operation and the name of the
associated object structure.
The following table shows the attributes that can apply to root elements. All
attributes in this table are optional.

values are supplied.

creationDateTime Date and time the content was
generated.

maximoVersion A concatenated string that identifies
the major version, minor version,
build, and database build.
The system generates this value for all
