Le eventuali modifiche vanno richie-
ste direttamente alla Ditta costruttrice
specificando tutti i dati caratteristici della
macchina e le motivazioni; in caso di appro-
vazione, devono essere eseguite solo da per-
sonale autorizzato dalla Ditta Costruttrice e
su precise indicazioni della Stessa.
Per ogni operazione da eseguire sulla macchina si
fa riferimento ai livelli di qualifica descritti di segui-
to, per individuare il personale abilitato a svolgerla.
Collaudo
Premesso che:
1) La macchina è stata costruita sotto stretta sorve-
glianza di personale qualificato, provata e col-
laudata, con l’intento di eliminare ogni possibi-
le “negligenza” nel corso della costruzione.
2) Le operazioni di collaudo sono state eseguite
simulando normali cicli e situazioni d’impiego
della macchina, per una durata non inferiore a
16 ore complessive.
DURANTE I COLLAUDI NULLA È RISULTATO
DIFETTOSO.
3) La macchina è stata progettata tenendo pre-
sente le attuali norme di sicurezza ed è stata
realizzata su questa base.
Any possible modifications must be
requested directly from Manufacturer
specifying all the characteristic machine data
and reasons; if approved, they must be
carried out only by persons authorized by
Manufacturer and according to the precise
instructions of the same.
For all operations carried out on the machine, refer
to the qualification levels described below, in order
to identify the personnel enabled to carry them out.
Testing
Premise:
1) The machine has been built under the close
supervision of qualified personnel and has been
inspected and tested with the aim of eliminating
any possible “carelessness” during the course
of its construction.
2) The testing operations were carried by
simulating normal machine work cycles and
situations, for a duration of not less than 16
hours in all.
DURING THE TESTING, NOTHING WAS FOUND
TO BE FAULTY.
3) The machine has been designed and built in
accordance with current safety standards.
