Nell’effettuare questa operazione, non
spingere la paletta all’interno del cilin-
dro, in quanto si corre il rischio di rovinare la
superficie del cilindro e rovinare la turbina
(Fig. 1).
• Una volta che il valore di durezza indicato sul
display (16) è arrivato al valore preimpostato dal-
la casa, si arresta la mantecazione seguita da due
“bip”, ma la turbina continua a girare. Il gelato a
questo punto è pronto. Se l’operatore non può
prelevare il gelato, la macchina automaticamente
va in fase di mantenimento garantendo la durezza
preimpostata.
• Posizionare la vaschetta di raccolta gelato sopra il
davanzale, aprire il piattello (B) svitando il pomel-
lo (A - Fig. 2), ruotarlo di 90° (Fig. 3) e bloccarlo
contro la flangia avvitando leggermente.
A questo punto il prodotto comincia ad uscire (Fig.
4).

• After the hardness value on the display (16) has
reached the factory pre-set value, whipping will
stop followed by two “beeps”, but the turbine will
continue to rotate. At this point, ice-cream is ready.
If the operator can not extract the ice-cream,
the machine will automatically switch into the hold
phase, thus guaranteeing the pre-set hardness.
• Arrange the ice-cream basin on the shelf, open
the pan (B) by unscrewing the knob (A - Fig. 2).
Rotate it by 90° (Fig. 3) and lock it against the
flange by screwing it slightly.
At this point, the product will start coming out
(Fig. 4).
