Floor standing, room sealed, condensing boiler with automatic spark ignition and fan assisted combustion.
Installation must be carried out by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer.
Appliance requires 230V, 50Hz supply with 3A fusing, and must be earthed.
Do not operate without casing, avoid storage in compartments, do not tamper with sealed components.
Required clearances for servicing: 20mm above, 5mm sides, 450mm front.
