Troubleshooting

Production indicator always indicates 0

Solutions for '0' production indicator: check electrodes, connections, and salt concentration.

The power supply is not turned on

Solutions for no power: check voltage, fuse, pump command box, and system connection.

Free chlorine levels in the water are very low

Solutions for low chlorine: check production, water parameters, filter time, and add stabilizer.

The controller always indicates 7.0 pH or 000 mV.

Solutions for fixed pH/ORP readings: check cables, connectors, and condensation in BNC connector.

The controller always shows a high value, or the reading is unstable.

Solutions for unstable/high readings: check cable, air bubbles, electrode fault, or interference.

Impossible calibration.

Solutions for calibration errors: check buffer, membrane, or electrode faults.

Slow response of the electrode.

Solutions for slow response: check electrode charge or water flow (renovation).
